Name one thing you changed as a result of your Zen Buddhist practice?

What is something that you are deeply grateful for at this time?

I am truly grateful for my life, just as it is, for the happiness that my daughter and I share in life, and that I can demonstrate for my daughter that life goes on, no matter what happens.
